The management may, upon request, grant a grace period of up to a maximum of two weeks for the payment of tuition.
Students whose tuition fees remain unpaid for a period of one month after the term begins may be asked to remain at home until such outstanding fees are paid. The Director/Principal will notify the parent/guardian if tuition fees are delinquent.

ADMINISTRATION (REGISTRATION) FEE
This fee covers administrative processing for the school year.
MATERIAL FEE
This fee covers purchase and maintenance of all furniture used in the classrooms and is also used to provide all supplies. In addition, this fee provides for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the school.
ACTIVITY FEE
This fee facilitates part funding of school sponsored activities
COMPUTER CLASS FEE
This fee covers the maintenance of the computer lab, including the computers and printers and also the room itself.
SECURITY FEE
This fee covers security services to ensure safety of the school compound.
BOOK FEE
This fee covers purchase of all workbooks, stationary, art and craft materials and rental of all textbooks and readers from the school. Workbooks become the property of the student, however, textbooks and readers remain the property of Hummingbird Elementary School.
